Monthly meetings are held from September to May on the first Monday of the month (except for September when the meeting is on the second Monday). There is no meeting in January.

- A decision to cancel the meeting will be made guided by Environment Canada Weather Alerts
- The President will consult with and inform the Executive
- The speaker and members will be notified by email by 4:00 PM
- The cancellation will be posted on the Home Page of our website
- You may contact any member of the Executive for information.
