Monthly meetings are held from September to May on the first Monday of the month (except for September and possibly January, when the meetings are on the second Monday). All monthly meetings are held at:

IN CASE OF A WINTER STORM
In the event of severe winter storm warnings on a General Meeting night, the following will occur:

1. A decision to cancel the meeting will be made by noon.
2. The President will inform the Executive.
3. The speaker and guests will be notified.
4. You may contact any member of the Executive for information.
