Scholarships
CFUW Mississauga established its first scholarship for young women entering university in 1953. That first award was for $100 and was given to a female graduate of Port Credit High School. As the number of schools grew, so did the number of girls competing for the scholarship. Currently, the scholarship is open to all female residents of Mississauga who have attended a Mississauga high school for at least three years. The Scholarship guidelines and applications are available through each Mississauga secondary school. All questions should be addressed to the secondary school guidance personnel.
